In the afternoon, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Porsche SE, Dr. Wolfgang Porsche, welcomed the high-ranking delegation from Qatar led by Prime Minister of the Emirate, Sheikh Hamad ibn Jassim ibn Jabir Al-Thani, to the historical Porsche Villa located on Killesberg Hill outside of Stuttgart. Hyundai has announced a price reduction for the 2010 base model by $1,800. The 2009 Elantra Touring, a compact five-door hatchback, in showrooms with a base price of $18,520 previously, including the $720 shipping charge, will be replaced by the 2010 model with a lower $16,715 sticker this fall.
