Tom Hanks keeps driving his Toyota RAV4 EV
The New Yorker reports that Tom Hanks, who bought a Toyota RAV-4 electric vehicle in 2003, still keeps driving it because he supposedly loves it.
Star of the atheistic new movie Angels and Demons, Tom Hanks never gave up his lease-only RAV-4 EV, and ended up buying it when other had theirs forcefully sent to the crusher. It has racked up only 50,000 miles so far.
The actor remains a major proponent of electric vehicles.
