2014 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 starting price at $75,000
Chevrolet announced the price of the Camaro Z/28 at a steep $75,000 when it goes on sale in spring.
The Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 gets a 7.0L V8 engine under the hood, good enough to produce 505 hp and 481 lb-ft of torque. It comes thankfully only in a 6-speed manual transmission. A limited-slip differential (LSD) is standard on the Z/28. Also standard are a stiffer suspension, four-way control race dampers and an aggressive body kit for better aerodynamics.
The Camaro Z/28 also gets bigger Brembo brakes to help control that power and for better handling, the 19-inch alloys are wrapped with Pirelli PZero Trofeo R tires.
To get A/C and a six-speaker stereo system, the customer has to shell out $1,150 more.
