The first major auto show of the new year, the Los Angeles 2003 Auto Show runs from January 4 to 12 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The show is being used as a platform to launch several new models from almost all the major manufacturers. Shown for the first time in the United States are the new 340 hp Pontiac GTO, Toyota's new Scion brand's production models, Audi's 2004 A8, Jaguar's redesigned XJ series, BMW's Alpina-modified 375 hp Z8, Mitsubishi's new 271 hp Lancer Evolution VIII and Ferrari's sold-out Enzo.
