It is auto show season in the United States again, and the new releases are rolling in. The 2005 North American International Auto Show at Detroit ran from January 9 and the 2005 Greater Los Angeles Auto Show ran from January 7, both used by almost every major auto manufacturer to launch a new model or two. Among the most notable releases are the Corvette C6 Z06, V8-powered Impala SS and retro HHR from Chevrolet, and the Viper SRT-10 Coupe, Charger R/T and Magnum SRT-8 from Dodge. Ford has its new Mustang convertible, Pontiac has its G6 coupe and Cadillac has a new STS-V. Among the European companies, there is the all-new M-Class from Mercedes-Benz, Jetta from Volkswagen, a converitble from Bentley and even a fancy-roof Ferrari.
